The ideal candidate will monitor, evaluate, and improve agent performance and ensure compliance with travel standards and sales protocols in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and emails to ensure quality standards.Provide feedback and coaching to travel sales/support agents.Audit booking processes for accuracy and policy adherence.Prepare QA reports and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
