About The Role

We are urgently looking for a Test Manager with a strong background in both Manual and Automation Testing, particularly within the Wealth Management and Mutual Funds domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge, robust testing expertise, and proven leadership capabilities to ensure the quality and reliability of critical financial Responsibilities :
  • Lead and manage testing efforts across wealth and mutual fund applications
  • Oversee both manual and automation testing teams
  • Define, implement, and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test execution frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Identify and implement opportunities for test automation
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, SDLC, and STLC processes
  • Track, report, and escalate quality metrics and risks to Skills & Qualifications :
  • 8+ years of total QA experience, with 3+ years in a Test Manager or Lead role
  • Strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing
  • Proficiency in automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
  • Deep domain expertise in Wealth Management and Mutual Funds is mandatory
  • Familiarity with WealthTech platforms, investment workflows, or backend systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
