Role Overview: You will be joining KGT & Company, a Sole Proprietorship Firm of Practicing Company Secretaries based in Ahmedabad. As a full-time on-site Qualified or Semi-Qualified Company Secretary or CS Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to assist in corporate secretarial work, compliance management, regulatory filings, and corporate governance practices. Additionally, you will engage in regular communication with clients and stakeholders as part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Have an in-depth understanding of corporate laws, compliance management, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiently maintain statutory records, manage filings, and conduct board meetings. - Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client liaison and stakeholder engagement. - Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities. - Possess a CS qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI); candidates pursuing CS may apply for trainee positions. - Showcase proficiency in relevant software like MS Office and other compliance or secretarial applications. - Knowledge of accounting and taxation practices will be advantageous. - Maintain a proactive attitude with a commitment to ethical and professional standards.
