Field Manager - Domestic Sales | Key Accounts-Corporate | 3 to 8 years | Bangalore, Kolkata

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition of new customers and expansion of product lines within the existing customer base.
  • Schedule appointments across the assigned territory (primarily doctors) and engage with both new and existing customers to grow market share.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to generate interest in surgical solutions and drive adoption.
  • Maintain regular and consistent contact with channel partners to strengthen business relationships and ensure alignment on sales objectives.
  • Execute product promotion activities in line with corporate marketing strategies.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including claims submission, expense reporting and sales documentation.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms and close orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide timely information, product knowledge and support to secure and maintain sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to leverage organizational support in achieving sales and service goals.
  • Drive sales of new products while identifying and developing new opportunities for existing product lines.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports via mobile apps to track sales activities and highlight areas requiring corrective action.
  • Share market insights and competitive intelligence with management to support business planning and product strategy.
  • Regularly review personal sales performance against objectives, adjusting priorities and activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Implement and adhere to the territory coverage plan, ensuring appropriate customer support and frequency of engagement, while recommending adjustments as necessary.
