Job Description

Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for reinforcement detailing.
Prepare Client Item Rate Bills for civil works based on project specifications and work progress.
Estimate quantities and material requirements for reinforcement and civil works.
Track project costs and prepare detailed Client Billing based on item rates.
Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with cost and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections to verify work quantities and progress for billing.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to manage cost and budget.
Review and update BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for client billing as per contract and design changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
