Job Description – QS & Planning Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated QS & Planning Engineer with 4–6 years of contractor-side experience to join our team in Erode. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in MS Projects and AutoCAD, with proven experience in project planning, cost control, and quantity surveying for civil construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using MS Projects
• Carry out quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
• Coordinate with site teams for progress monitoring and reporting
• Prepare client & subcontractor bills, cash flow, and delay analysis
• Review drawings in AutoCAD for accurate quantity calculations
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Assist with variation claims, rate analysis, and contractual correspondences

Requirements:

• B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 4–6 years’ experience as QS & Planning Engineer (Contractor side)
• Proficiency in MS Projects & AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge in billing, cost control & contract management
• Excellent communication, coordination & analytical skills
