Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Support:

    Handle L2/L3 support for QMS platforms (TrackWise, Veeva Vault Quality).
  • Incident & Problem Management:

    Drive resolution of issues aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Troubleshooting:

    Dive into system logs, SQL queries, and interface issues to identify root causes.
  • Configuration & Maintenance:

    Manage system settings, master data updates, patches, and health checks.
  • Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of issues, fixes, and configuration changes.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    Keep users, IT teams, and vendors informed with timely updates and resolutions.
