QMS Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System with mandatory compliance to BRCGS and SEDEX standards.

Ensure adherence to food safety, ethical trade, statutory, and customer requirements.

Plan, conduct, and close internal audits; manage BRCGS, SEDEX (SMETA), and customer audits.

Drive CAPA, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and continual improvement.

Control QMS documentation, SOPs, records, and change management.

Monitor quality KPIs, NCRs, customer complaints, and supplier compliance.

Train employees on BRCGS, SEDEX, ethical practices, and quality systems.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to strengthen process and product compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Post-graduate in Engineering / Food Technology / relevant discipline.

5–8 years of QMS experience with hands-on exposure to BRCGS and SEDEX audits (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audit management, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent documentation, analytical, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
