Reporting: Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures. Review and update risk assessments as necessary to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Training and Development: Provide training and guidance on health and safety practices, hazard identification, and risk assessment to employees. Develop and implement QHSE training programs to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
• Audits and Inspections: Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulations. Collate findings and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, and compliance activities. Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor business operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Provide advice and support to management and staff on QHSE issues.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents and incidents, ensuring that root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.

Experience -: Previous experience in a QHSE role or related field is typically required.

Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, occupational health, safety management, or engineering is often required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for training, reporting, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
