Role Description We are seeking a full-time QHSE Officer to join our team on-site at our Chennai location. The QHSE Officer will oversee and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. This includes implementing and monitoring health & safety and environmental policies, conducting risk assessments, developing and delivering safety training programs, and ensuring adherence to workplace safety regulations. The role also involves investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation, and ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Health & Safety and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices Knowledge of Occupational Health and Workplace Safety procedures NEBOSH certification or equivalent in health and safety management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks Familiarity with local and international safety and environmental laws and regulations Excellent communication and training skills Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field
