Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Supervisor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control operations, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to maintain product quality.
Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Train and mentor team members on quality control best practices and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality improvement processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
