Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in operating CNC lathe machines, with a strong focus on precision and quality. The operator will be responsible for setting up and running CNC lathe operations, ensuring that all products meet specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications and technical drawings.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals to determine machining operations.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the CNC lathe machine to ensure its optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process.
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in operating CNC lathe machines.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operations.
Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
