Job Title: QC – Forex MentorOverview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Mentor with strong experience in Forex trading, coaching, and content evaluation. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, clarity, and quality of all trading-related content, frameworks, and mentorship sessions delivered to students. This role also involves guiding mentors, evaluating performance, and maintaining consistent standards across the academy.

Key Responsibilities1. Quality Control & Content Review

• Review all mentor-delivered sessions, materials, and trading frameworks for accuracy and consistency.
• Evaluate the clarity, structure, and effectiveness of lessons and trading strategies.
• Ensure that all educational content aligns with the academy’s methodologies and trading philosophy.
• Identify gaps, errors, or improvements needed in teaching material and provide actionable feedback.

2. Mentor Performance Evaluation

• Monitor mentor sessions (live or recorded) to assess delivery quality, accuracy, and teaching style.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to mentors to improve their performance.
• Maintain a standardised scoring/assessment system for mentor evaluations.
• Support mentor onboarding and training programs.

3. Student Experience & Quality Assurance

• Ensure students receive accurate, high-quality mentorship across all programs.
• Address any inconsistencies reported by students regarding teachings or frameworks.
• Work closely with mentors to refine complex concepts into simple, clear explanations.

4. Trading & Market Expertise

• Use strong market knowledge to validate strategies and concepts shared by mentors.
• Stay updated on market conditions, trading tools, and industry best practices.
• Help refine or build trading frameworks that are practical, structured, and easy for students to apply.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Forex trader.
• Previous experience as a mentor/trainer, trading coach, or educator.
• Strong understanding of price action, market structure, risk management, and trading psychology.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and feedback skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable teaching.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a trading academy or coaching environment.
• Familiarity with building curriculum or trading frameworks.
• Ability to review recorded sessions and provide structured evaluation reports.
