Qualification: B.sc Chemistry with 0-2 years of Experience in QC lab in Metal company.
1) Chemist will work in Galvanized Plating QC LAB.
2) Daily inspection and monitoring of all plating baths of Shells and Ends.
3) Check and monitor Ph Value of passivation process
4) Monitor Salt spray bath test daily
5) All chemical testing required including TC verification at receiving inspection.
6) Micron inspection of each batch and monitor plating process.
7) Maintain QC reports as per ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
