QA/QC MANAGER

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective quality control measures.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with CE and ISO 13485 standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with CGMP regulations and internal quality systems.
• Oversee the quality inspection process, ensuring that all fabricated products meet specified requirements before release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, including quality control processes and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with CE, ISO 13485 standards, and CGMP regulations is essential.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information across various levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
