QAQC Manager

As a Full-time Functional Test Lead in Global Audit & Assurance (Global A&A) working within the User Experience Workstream of the Catalyst Programme, your role is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness of the Functional Testing team and the development of proficient functional/business testing practices. You will be the champion and gatekeeper of the Functional Testing group, ensuring that the end result aligns with the design and requirements expectations of the business. Your expertise and strong leadership skills will drive continuous improvement in solution delivery goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain functional testing processes including Functional test plans, scripts, and Bug Reports for the Digital Audit Suite - Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Architects/Leads to ensure a consistent testing strategy within Catalyst - Work with Functional Leads and Business Analysts to test ideal functional and business flows for features and user stories - Research industry developments to update functional testing policies for workflow and practices improvement - Deliver programme deliverables on time while maintaining development and quality standards - Conduct root cause analysis for reported issues and establish action plans for prevention - Provide functional testing status reports to key programme members - Coach and mentor Functional Testers for quality solution delivery - Coordinate and participate in retrospective meetings - Build a productive environment through effective collaboration **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Functional/Business Testing - Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies - Hands-on experience in Jenkins, CICD pipeline, troubleshooting, and debugging - Technical knowledge of Java for Selenium framework development - Good experience in JavaScript/TypeScript - 2+ years of experience in managing QA, Functional Testing, or UAT teams - Strong understanding of Software testing methodologies, tools, and approaches - Experience with writing functional test plans and executing test cases - Ability to handle multiple strategic projects/initiatives - Strong team management and interpersonal skills - Experience working with Agile frameworks **Additional Company Details:** - N/A,
