QA/QC Engineer

Aryan Cables is looking for a QA/QC Engineer / Executive to ensure that all products meet defined quality standards and comply with industry specifications. The role involves monitoring manufacturing processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished cables to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality tests as per IS/IEC standards.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality manuals, and work instructions.
• Handle customer complaints related to quality and support root cause analysis.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure calibration and proper usage of testing instruments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC (preferably in cable or manufacturing industry).
• Knowledge of IS/IEC standards for cables.
• Familiarity with quality tools and inspection techniques.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.

• Ability to work on the shop floor and handle production pressure.

Pay: ₹12,006.74 - ₹35,000.00 per month
