QA Tester

Required Skills & Key Responsibilities: At least 2 year of experience

. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle processes.

Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or equivalent.

Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and databases (SQL).

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in manual testing techniques and familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit). Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance meet requirements. Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements. Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and enhancements using bug-tracking tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand system functionality and requirements. Conduct regression testing to validate resolved defects and ensure no new issues are introduced. Monitor and report test progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay updated with emerging QA technologies and methodologies to improve testing efficiency. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring issues are resolved before deployment.
