QA Tester

Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. Collaborating closely with development and product teams, you will establish robust testing strategies, identify and resolve issues, and maintain automated testing protocols. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our continuous integration processes and delivering reliable software solutions to our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the existing QA members to set automation standards and best practices within the Orion team.
• Identify opportunities and drive the implementation of automation to improve service health, manageability, and reliability.
• Develop Automation Frameworks, evaluate toolsets, suggest application specific solutions.
• Design and develop automated tests using Selenium, Appium, or other test automation frameworks.
• Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with developers to ensure quality
• Develop and maintain testing documentation and reports
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries.
• Continuously enhance our testing frameworks, integrating the latest tools and technologies to streamline processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in WordPress development, including plugin development and debugging, is required.
• The ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively is needed.
• Experienced with Selenium, Tosca, Postman, and other open-source automation tools.
• Familiarity with video codecs, formats, and online video distribution best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Surat RS, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Test Manual: 1 year (Preferred)
