QA Tester

As a QA Tester with 13 years of experience, your role will involve working closely with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure software applications meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Test Planning & Execution: - Creating and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Performing manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications. - Bug Tracking & Reporting: - Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar. - Collaborating with the development team to resolve issues and re-test fixes. - Quality Assurance: - Ensuring software functionality aligns with business and technical requirements. - Conducting regression, integration, performance, and usability testing. - Process Improvement: - Suggesting improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Assisting in the implementation of QA best practices. - Collaboration: - Working closely with cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Providing feedback and recommendations to improve user experience and product quality. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Experience: 13 years in software testing or QA. Soft Skills: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
