Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist Experience Required: Minimum 1 Years Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and achieving strong ROI for various types of businesses. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance. Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights. Develop and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling ad copy and creatives. Generate detailed performance reports and present data-driven recommendations. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and platform algorithm changes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Experience in lead generation and eCommerce campaigns is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus. Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategy. Familiarity with landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage) is a bonus. Role & responsibilities
