QA Specialist

As an experienced professional in the Insurance Industry (P & L), you will collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include documenting and tracking defects using appropriate tools, and providing detailed reports to the development team. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels is crucial to understand and articulate business and functional requirements. You will be expected to provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to the development and product teams, as well as document and report testing results, defects, and other relevant information in a clear and understandable manner. Facilitating effective communication between business, development, and QA teams is essential to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements and issues. Attending defect triage calls with the development team will be part of your role to ensure effective resolution of issues. It is important to ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies while continuously evaluating and improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration within the team.,
