Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all real estate projects meet established quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role involves conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, and collaborating with project teams to implement quality control measures throughout the lifecycle of real estate developments.

Need To Do Knowledge, Abilities and Experience

1. Preparation of the companies Qa manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions2. Control and the distribution on of all the companies quality documentation.3. Monitor all quality related activities on the project4. Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company management5. Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submission.6. Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.7. Attend client quality management meetings8. The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation on prior to project commencement.9. Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements10. Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports.
