QA Manual Tester- Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing exploratory and manual tests to ensure product quality. You will play a vital part in our product development process by conducting thorough testing before product launches to ensure our software runs smoothly, meets client requirements, and delivers an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate manual testing activities.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track software defects.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Generate logs to document testing phases and defect reports.
• Develop and apply testing processes to meet new and existing product needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify system requirements.
• Track and report quality assurance metrics such as defect density and open/closed defect counts.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure stability and reliability.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both black-box and white-box testing.
• Ability to effectively report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process (good to have).
• Manual Testing experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Varachha, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• QA Manual Tester: 1 year (Preferred)
