Review and analyze business requirements, functional requirements (FRD), and technical specifications.
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.).
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
Validate data flows across modules (end-to-end business processes).
Conduct API testing for Odoo integrations with third-party systems.
Work closely with developers and business analysts to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases.
Participate in release management and ensure smooth deployments.
Suggest and implement improvements in the QA process and automation coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 5 years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in ERP/Odoo projects.
Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and QA best practices.
Hands-on experience with ERP workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
Experience in API testing tools (Postman etc.).
Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Odoo Project, or similar).
Knowledge of automation testing (Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework) is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to have

Experience with Odoo.sh / Odoo Enterprise testing.
Knowledge of Python scripting for automation.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
ISTQB or similar QA certification.
