Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
Conduct routine testing using industry-standard tools, equipment, and methodologies.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality records.
Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report them promptly.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and improvement of quality procedures and SOPs.
Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
Calibrate and maintain inspection/testing equipment as required.
