About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Test Manager to lead our QA function and drive high-quality software delivery across diverse products. You’ll define testing strategies, manage QA teams, and ensure seamless integration of automation practices across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive test strategies, plans, and metrics for product quality.
• Lead the QA team in both manual and automation efforts.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Oversee API testing frameworks and ensure robust coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business goals.
• Manage QA timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a lead/managerial role.
• Proficient in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG.
• Strong experience with REST API testing and tools like Postman.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
