Role Overview

QA Lead

Key Responsibilities

Own the
end-to-end testing
of data pipelines, dashboards, and platform features.
Set up and lead the
QA function
, defining best practices and test frameworks.
Design, manage, and review
test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
.
Champion
test automation
and performance/stress testing initiatives.
Mentor and groom junior QA engineers to develop their technical and testing skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality releases.

Requirements

6+ years
of overall QA experience, with strong automation expertise.
Hands-on experience with
UNIX/Linux
operating systems.
Strong knowledge in
QA Automation
and
Performance/Stress Testing
.
Experience in creating, documenting, and executing
test plans and test cases
.
Proficiency in
Python
or equivalent scripting language for end-to-end automation.
Experience with
AWS (preferred)
, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with
Git, Maven, Jenkins
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Experience working in an
Agile/Scrum
environment.
Understanding of
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
and best practices.
Good communication skills and ability to articulate design/test strategies.
Exposure to databases such as
MySQL
and
MongoDB
.
