About the Role:We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our executive. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage schedules, facilitate key communications, coordinate meetings, and help drive critical initiatives forward. You will play a central role in enabling the Founder to operate at maximum efficiency while ensuring day-to-day operations are smooth and strategic priorities are met. Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Manage complex scheduling, meetings, and travel plans. Communication Support: Draft, edit, and manage email and written communications on behalf of the CEO. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take notes, follow up on action items. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, investors, partners, and clients. Project Support: Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items. Operational Efficiency: Assist in optimizing workflows, processes, and tools used by the executive team. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Research & Analysis: Conduct background research and compile briefing documents as needed. What We’re Looking For:0-3 years of experience in an executive assistant, chief-of-staff, or similar support role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
