Job Summary

Lead QA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end

  QA strategy, planning, and execution

• Define

  test plans, test scenarios, and test cases

  for web, API, and backend applications
• Review and approve

  test deliverables

  (test cases, automation scripts, reports)
• Drive

  test automation strategy

  for UI and API
• Perform and guide

  API testing

  (REST, Postman, Swagger, REST Assured)
• Oversee

  web/mobile automation testing

  (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress) on cloud like

  browserstack/lambda test

  .
• Ensure

  defect tracking, triage, and root cause analysis

• Coordinate with

  Product, Development, and DevOps teams

• Validate

  non-functional testing

  (performance, security, reliability)
• Ensure quality in

  CI/CD pipelines

• Monitor

  test metrics and KPIs

• Mentor and guide QA team members
• Participate in

  release sign-offs

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  QA processes & methodologies

• Excellent hands-on experience in

  Java/Python/Javascript

• Expertise in

  Web Automation

  (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress) amd

  Mobile(

  Appium

  )

• Strong experience in

  API Testing

  (Postman, REST Assured, Swagger)
• Experience with

  BDD frameworks

  (Cucumber)
• Understanding of

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with

  cloud environments

  (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of

  databases

  (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience in

  performance testing

  (JMeter / Gatling good to have)
• Understanding of

  security testing basics

  (OWASP)

• Strong

• Ability to drive

• Experience working in

  Agile / Scrum
