Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QA engineers, handling mentoring and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end QA processes for product features, emphasizing manual (60%) and automation (40%) testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders, navigating complex environments with strong communication.
• Drive testing strategy, tool selection, and process improvements in a fast-paced product company setting.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in QA, with proven leadership.
• Expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, or Cypress; proficiency in Linux and MySQL.
• Background in small/product companies preferred; open to strong profiles from large-scale environments.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
