Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the quality assurance team in developing and implementing testing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium and Java.
Conduct thorough testing and inspection to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their testing skills.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Selenium, Core Java, and API automation.
Experience in QA inspection and testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with API understanding and knowledge.
Undergraduate degree.
