Job Overview:

We are hiring a QA Automation Lead with strong Selenium expertise for a  Contract-to-Hire role. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and should be open to travel to Australia for client engagement and project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation testing efforts across the project lifecycle 
• Build, maintain, and scale Selenium-based test frameworks 
• Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices 
• Liaise with onsite/offshore stakeholders and manage test deliverables 
• Manage QA engineers and ensure high-quality releases 
• Travel onsite (Australia) as per project requirements for stakeholder meetings 

Requirements:

• 8+ years of QA experience with strong leadership capabilities in that 5+ Years in Automation Mandatory. 
• Deep expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit 
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Java or Python 
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies 
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills 
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Git), defect tracking (JIRA) 
• Prior client-facing or onsite experience is a plus 
• Must be open to C2H and ready for onsite travel
