Job Description:
a) Sourcing CV's from various portals. I.E LinkedIn etc... Need hands-on experience on Job postings.
b) Constantly provide good profiles on various skill sets to meet our client requirements. (Submissions)
c) Screening the candidates.
d) Salary Negotiations with candidates.
e) Subsequent follow-up and coordination for Onboarding the selected candidates.
Note: First three months salary will be on performance based, Standard Salary conversion, Incentive, Provident Fund and insurance will be given on from the 4th month.
