Job Description

Job Title: QA Issue Reviewer

Location:

Experience: 5 years to 12 years

Role Overview:

The QA Issue Reviewer is responsible for conducting moderately complex quality assurance reviews of issues (control failures or weaknesses). This role requires strong domain knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or lead junior reviewers.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute review activities as directed by the Issues Lead.
Design and implement test approaches for assigned issues.
Collaborate with business lines, control, and governance teams to understand processes and controls.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify deficiencies, communicate with line management, and recommend improvements.
Build and maintain relationships with business partners to enhance domain knowledge.
Apply QA strategies using automation and innovative methods.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and challenge management constructively.
Develop proficiency in using innovative tools for efficient review execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in QA issue reviews within a technology or financial domain.
Strong understanding of control frameworks and risk management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and mentor junior reviewers.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with automation tools and operational excellence principles.
Industry knowledge relevant to the assigned LOB/CIO.
