Job requirement :

Key Responsibilities

• Review of previous day production and utilization of resources.
• To monitor continuously the execution of shift plan.
• Any quality issue like shade /hand-feel/CSV related issue will hold and discuss with senior and that will be properly recorded in register/system.
• To clear the urgency /delay case in their own shift.
• To discuss the hold material with production team.
• To ensure the Housekeeping.
• Timely intimate to production team for not good material(NCR) .
• To ensure the production punching in system in their own shift.
• To raise the NCR for not good material through mail/memo.
• Proper Shade checking/ Hand feel checking on sanfo stage.
• Proper grouping for each customer as per their requirements
• Proper Shade checking / Appearance / Hand feel checking of base shade of printing fabric at sanfo and rolling stage both.
• Proper csv checking and marking the observation in register/record
• To clear the WIP (Q2+Q4).
• To check Shade/ Hand feel / Appearance of Pre-shipment samples before sending to customer.
• Prepare a brief status of grouping activities/ information to be handover to next shift
• Write the same on log book to communicate his senior
• Write any abnormality/special observation which is important to communicate to seniors
• Give complete details of urgencies or any material to be taken on priority
• To communicate any special observation, made in previous shift, which he feels important for the next shift.
• Before leaving the department shift supervisor must fill log book
• To review of stuck up cases and suitable action with the guidance of HOD.
• Coordination with dyeing and folding for timely delivery of fabric
• To ensure the proper training of new workmen
• Participating in department communication meetings for better understanding of upcoming works.
