This Team will play a crucial role in enabling the ongoing transformation of our agencies and functions. What youll be doing: Test legacy and new test cases with the use of formal test cases or scripts. Execute smoke, regression, and functional tests Interpret test cases and compare them to established specifications Be able to go beyond the specification and anticipate problem areas in the product design and document test cases results and compare to expected results Analyzing Business Requirements, assessing the quality of these to ensure they are Cohesive, Comprehensive, Concise, Clear and Correct, and assures the work of others to ensure conformance to standards. Work closely with team members on requirement analysis and reviews to ensure 100% test coverage Participate in various scrum meetings to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, estimates or potential problems Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks Defect and issue identification, logging, tracking, reporting and timely verification of resolved items Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Development, QA, Implementation, Documentation, Support and Sales Support the product through its full life cycle of design, code, test, and maintenance Assist in assessing product quality and release readiness What youll need: Education: completed university studies in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable Personality and Working Practice: team player, good communication skills, analytical thinking and structured, keen eye on detail Experience and Knowledge: 3 to 5 years experience in software testing a clear interest in developing skills within the QA field including experience in the Agile / Scrum development lifecycle Experience in writing, testing, and executing SQL queries Experience in comprehensive testing on data solutions and bespoke applications Strong understanding of acceptance testing, test case development, execution of test procedures Experience executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies including waterfall and agile Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with technical and non-technical staff. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a curious mind for investigating and breaking software. Detail-orientation with the ability to understand how each aspect interacts with the big picture. A solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and programming fundamentals. You do not need to be able to program our systems, but a working knowledge will help you excel in this role. Proven perseverance to carry a set of software deliverables from requirements to testing completion. Ability to write clear, concise, unambiguous, and accurate requirements Experience executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies including waterfall and agile Ability to write clear, concise, unambiguous, and accurate requirements Experience in logging bugs in Azure DevOps or any other tools as hands-on Experience on different types of testing that includes Black Box testing, Smoke testing, Functional testing, System Integration testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression testing & User Acceptance testing (UAT) & Involved in Load Testing, Performance Testing & Stress Testing. Media / advertising industry experience is a plus Languages: very good English skills, any other language is a plus
