QA Engineer Automation

Role Overview: As a QA & Testing Lead Engineer at Deutsche Bank, you will define and manage teams, testing strategies, plans, and deliverables related to testing within specific applications and programs on a global basis. You will take a lead role in establishing or executing test specialties, managing the adoption of best practices, and contributing to the improvement of QA & Testing disciplines. Key Responsibilities: - Design and propose solutions for addressing user stories and tasks - Analyze system requirements and design suitable automation/performance test strategies - Create frameworks for automation/performance testing - Own specialist testing activities at a program level - Provide subject matter expertise, drive testing strategy and plans, create test data, and write test cases - Manage stakeholder expectations, deliver against standards, and tailor process/frameworks for increased test efficiency - Work with QA & Testing professionals to provide leadership, review business requirements, and support continuous improvement activities Your Skills And Experience: - Accountability for all aspects of Test Delivery within DFS domain - Proficiency in test execution, defect tracking, and performance testing - Development and management of automation test harnesses - Knowledge of SDLC processes and tools such as HP ALM, Jira - Experience in technical areas like HIVE, Python, Spark, GCP, Big Query - Support for testing phases like UAT, VPT, OAT, Pen Test - Leadership experience in testing teams, customer orientation, and service mindset - Experience in driving technical solutions, reporting, planning, and resourcing across projects - Understanding of Quality Frameworks, Risk Management, and Control policies - Ability to work effectively in globally diverse teams and matrix organizations Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in IT-related concentration or equivalent work experience - Participation and/or completion in Testing certification programs (Six Sigma, CSTE, ISTQB, ISEB, CSTP) Company Details: Deutsche Bank promotes a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment where employees are empowered to excel together every day.
