Title: QA Manager Location: Vijayawada, India Experience: 12+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Department: Quality Assurance Engineering / Operations Delivery About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced QA Manager to lead a large QA team driving quality assurance, automation and Six Sigma-driven process improvements across delivery team. This is a leadership role requiring strong expertise in manual & automation testing, regulatory compliance, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large cross-functional QA teams (manual, automation, API testing). Develop and scale automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, REST Assured) with Java/Python. Drive Six Sigma quality initiatives to reduce defects and improve delivery outcomes. Implement regression and impact analysis strategies to enhance test coverage and traceability. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, and regulated industry norms. Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery stakeholders. Build automated reporting and dashboard tools for QA visibility. Mentor and develop QA engineers to foster a high-performance culture. Must-Have Skills & Certifications: 12+ years in QA leadership roles managing large teams Expertise in Selenium, Appium, REST Assured automation frameworks Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python Proficiency with test management tools: JIRA, QA Touch, TestRail Experience with cloud testing platforms: BrowserStack, LambdaTest Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, pharma) preferred Preferred Skills: Agile/Scrum Master certification Hands-on with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured) Familiarity with ISO, CAPA, RCA processes Experience managing distributed QA teams Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us?
