About the Role

QA Lead Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA activities across projects, ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices.
Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using
Python/PyTest
.
Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications using
Selenium
.
Define and drive
test strategy, test design, review processes, test reporting, and metrics
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product, DevOps) to ensure quality delivery.
Identify, document, and track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation practices and methodologies.

Python/PyTest Framework

Selenium

Strong experience in
test strategy, design, reviews, reporting, and metrics
(Must Have)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

Experience in API automation (e.g., REST, Postman, PyTest requests).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Exposure to performance testing tools and practices.
