QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs and improve test coverage.
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing as needed to ensure system stability.
• Document test results, report defects, and track them through resolution.
• Continuously improve test automation strategies and frameworks.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA automation or software testing roles.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Good command of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Nice To Have

• Exposure to cloud-based test environments or Docker.
• Experience with tools like Postman, RestAssured, or JMeter.
