Description
As a member of the Technology team at Meritto, your day will be focused on problem-solving and building innovative solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain systems that drive Meritto, using cutting-edge tools to create scalable and innovative solutions. Every line of code you write directly impacts how we deliver value to our users. - Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium with Python. - Lead the automation testing efforts and mentor a small team of QA engineers. - Continuously enhance test coverage and quality metrics across projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test strategies. - Identify opportunities for test automation and implement best practices. - Integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins. - Act as the final gatekeeper before live deployment. - Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers. - Study product documents and specifications to prepare test cases. - Log and track defects through Defect Management tools. Qualification Required: - MCA or B.Tech in Computer Science/IT engineering. - 4-5 years of experience in Test Automation. - Strong hands-on experience with Python and Selenium. - Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and go the extra mile when required. - Good problem-solving, analytical skills, and communication skills. - Experience with traditional SDLC and agile/scrum development. - Knowledge of various types of testing (functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, system, etc.). - Familiarity with database testing, script testing, and browser testing. - Hands-on experience with issue tracking platforms like JIRA or Zoho Sprints. - Basic knowledge of web concepts (HTML, web servers), relational and non-relational database management systems. - Experience with web service testing (REST and JSON, HTTP). - Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
