Role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team of IT professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests to validate their performance.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing test automation scripts.
Using test automation guidelines.
Researching issues in software through testing.
Participate in sprint planning.
Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing.
Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C# (Preferably Java).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques.
Ability to write and execute test scripts.
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or TeamCity.
Good understanding of version control systems such as Git and SVN.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of cloud service platforms like AWS and Azure.
