Job Summary:

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and experienced in testing modern web, mobile, or API-based applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA leads to ensure a high-quality product is delivered to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Automate functional, regression, integration, performance, and API tests across web and/or mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and define acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Identify and implement best practices in test automation and software quality assurance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to testability improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in QA automation or software testing.
• Proficient in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience using tools like Postman, REST-assured, or similar.
• Experience in continuous integration environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience testing mobile apps (Android/iOS).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
