Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation AVP to join our team in Bangalore and Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years of experience in IT projects, preferably with Asset Management Business Applications and Processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive the execution of the test strategy and plan, including preparation, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Accurately record defects and collate metrics and KPI information for reporting.
Provide product/business expertise to support the testing approach.
Identify tasks and resources needed to ensure software quality requirements are met before release.
Review and implement regular test process improvements.
Work alongside project stakeholders to ensure specific streams of work progress and provide guidance as an escalation point for QA & Testers and Analysts.

Job Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with manual and automation testing methodologies and Software Testing life cycle.
Experience in writing Test Cases for End-to-End Asset Management business process flows involving integration of different Applications.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and HP-ALM, and understanding automation frameworks like Jenkins and TeamCity.
Good knowledge in the Asset Management domain and experience with industry-leading applications like BRS-Aladdin and SimCorp Dimension.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Willingness to learn new technologies and be flexible to get cross-trained whenever required.
A professional Graduate with at least 12-15 years of experience in IT projects, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Asset Management Business Applications and Processes testing.
