Qa Architect

We are seeking a hands-on QA Architect with a minimum of 9 years professional experience, capable of leading complex test automation projects independently. The ideal candidate has extensive expertise in both designing, implementing, and executing automated testing frameworks, with demonstrated ability to guide teams and drive quality across the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, JavaScript, and Playwright.
• Lead large-scale QA initiatives and independently manage projects from inception to delivery where necessary.
• Define and document test strategies, architectures, and approaches for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set quality standards and ensure best practices are followed. Develop automated test suites for web and API testing, maintaining high code quality and reusability.
• Mentor, train, and provide technical leadership to QA engineers.
• Continuously improve QA processes, optimize test coverage, and introduce new tools or techniques.
• Prepare detailed test plans, cases, defect tracking, and test matrices.
• Perform code reviews of test automation, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Communicate test progress, results, and quality metrics for stakeholder visibility.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance or load testing frameworks and methodologies (such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or similar).
• Exposure to monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing high-load systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS primarily) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Gitlab).

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years experience in Quality Assurance roles with expertise in test automation and architecture.
• Strong, hands-on engineering skills; able to drive test automation at code and framework level independently.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Java, Playwright, and related automation tools.
• Excellent understanding of modern testing methodologies, test management tools (JIRA, TestRail), and Agile delivery models.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.
• Excellent documentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
