Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Web Developer located in Salem. The Python Web Developer will be responsible for designing and developing web applications, creating and maintaining code, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role involves both front-end and back-end development tasks, along with server-side logic implementation and integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Python and OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development.
• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases.
• Version control using Git / GitHub.
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
• Experience with Docker or AWS deployment.
• Knowledge of Celery, Redis, or Asynchronous tasks.
• Familiarity with Unit Testing and Agile Methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

6 months to 1+ years of hands-on development experience.
