Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Python & Robotics Trainer to join our Skillship Edutech team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Python and block-based programming (like Scratch or Blockly), along with a willingness to learn and teach Robotics concepts.

This is a year-round, part-time role with flexible teaching hours (3–4 hours per day, 2 days a week). The trainer will also be involved in designing engaging presentations, conducting hands-on sessions, and organizing hackathons and short bootcamps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive Python and block-based programming classes for students (3–4 hours/day, 2 days/week).
• Design and develop engaging session presentations, lesson plans, and learning materials.
• Teach Python programming concepts from beginner to advanced levels — including:
• Variables, loops, and functions
• Object-Oriented Programming
• File handling and modules
• Data analysis (using Pandas, NumPy, etc.) — preferred but not mandatory
• Introduce and guide students in block-based programming platforms (like Scratch, Code.org, or Blockly).
• Learn and teach basic to intermediate Robotics concepts (training support will be provided by Skillship).
• Organize and guide students through Hackathons, Coding Challenges, and Robotics Bootcamps (6-day programs or short-term camps).
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork during sessions.
• Maintain student progress reports and coordinate with the academic team.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python programming and block-based coding platforms.
• Strong interest or prior experience in Robotics (preferred but not mandatory — training will be given).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Creative mindset to design sessions, projects, and competitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Location: Greater Noida (Offline)
• Working Days: 2 days/week
• Working Hours: 3–4 hours/day
• Duration: Year-round engagement
• Type: Part-time / Contract / Full-time
