Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Python Trainer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Python programming and related frameworks, along with strong teaching and mentoring skills to guide learners of varying levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Core Python, Advanced Python, OOPs, Modules, and Libraries.
• Teach Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI (preferred).
• Explain concepts with real-world use cases, projects, and coding challenges.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments for learners.
• Mentor students by conducting doubt-clearing sessions and providing career guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest Python trends, tools, and industry practices.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and improve course content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Python programming and training/mentorship.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Core & Advanced Python
• OOP concepts
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Database connectivity (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Web frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
• API development & integration
• Familiarity with Data Science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
