Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Python Trainer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Python programming and related frameworks, along with strong teaching and mentoring skills to guide learners of varying levels. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Core Python, Advanced Python, OOPs, Modules, and Libraries . Teach Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI (preferred). Explain concepts with real-world use cases, projects, and coding challenges . Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments for learners. Mentor students by conducting doubt-clearing sessions and providing career guidance. Stay updated with the latest Python trends, tools, and industry practices. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and improve course content . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field . Minimum 4 years of experience in Python programming and training/mentorship. Strong knowledge of: Core & Advanced Python OOP concepts Data Structures & Algorithms Database connectivity (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) Web frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI) API development & integration Familiarity with Data Science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.) is a plus.
